Davis would make his way through the Taizen Hills arriving in the in the Flower Meadow. Making his way through the meadow, he would wander into the tall grass. It would be here that the grass would begin to shake as a level 26 Stantler and level 26 Gloom would come up from the grass, blocking his way. " Wasn't really looking for a battle but I guess one has found me. Go Yukai and Herc." Davis says as he would send out his Gallade and Heracross to the field.
" Yukai start out with Psycho Cut on Gloom and Herc give that Stantler your Close Combat." Davis says as Herc would fly forward at Statler as he would begin to rapidly strike at it with his arms and horn before finishing with a strike with his horn, dealing 138 damage, fainting it but lowering Herc's defense and special defense.

Yukai would then attack Gloom with Psycho Cut, jumping forward at it as his swords glow as he slashes at it, knocking it back (Gloom 23/90) Gloom would then attack Yukai with Acid, spitting forth a spray of Acid from its mouth, striking him, hurting him some (Yukai 138/139) " Yukai now give it a Confusion to finish it." Davis says as Yukai would unleash a burst of psychic energy onto Gloom, knocking it back, dealing 48 damage, fainting it.
